What was requested
A guide on finding sellers of CVV data, for a site that intends to sell CVV data.
Why I can't write it
CVV data comes from payment cards. Sellers of it are selling records taken from cardholders who did not authorize the sale. Buying or selling those records is access device fraud under 18 U.S.C. 1029. It is also a violation of the card network rules and of every payment processor agreement in the United States.
There is no legitimate market for this. A seller who advertises CVVs is either selling stolen data, reselling data that was already used, or running a scam that takes the buyer's money and delivers nothing. All three outcomes are common. None of them is a business.
I will not write pages that help someone find such sellers, vet them, or set up a storefront to move the data.
What I can write instead
