Request declined: CVV resale guide

Why I won't write this guide

A CVV is the three or four digit security code printed on a payment card. It exists so a merchant can confirm the person paying actually holds the physical card. Selling CVVs means selling stolen payment credentials. There is no legitimate marketplace for that, and no "trustworthy" vendor of it. Every site that advertises CVV sales for Bitcoin is either a fraud operation, a law enforcement honeypot, or a marketplace for stolen data.

How to Sell CVV Websites with Bitcoin

The legal reality in the US

Trafficking in payment card credentials is a federal crime. 18 U.S.C. § 1029 covers the production, sale, and possession of counterfeit access devices with penalties that scale into decades for repeat or high-volume conduct. A single unauthorized transaction can also trigger wire fraud charges under 18 U.S.C. § 1343. Buyers, sellers, and the operators of the platform itself all fall inside the same statute. Bitcoin does not change any of this; blockchain analysis is a standard investigative tool and exchanges comply with subpoenas routinely.

What I can help with instead

I can write guides about legitimate crypto payment integration, chargeback prevention, PCI DSS scope reduction, or how card issuers handle fraud disputes. Ask for one of those and I'll produce the same format of step-by-step content you were expecting here.
