Request Declined: Selling CVV Data Is Card Fraud

Why I can't write this

Selling CVV numbers means trading stolen card data. That is payment card fraud in every U.S. state and under federal law (18 U.S.C. § 1029), and it causes direct financial harm to the cardholders whose accounts are drained. A guide, landing page, or keyword-optimized article built to help someone launch that kind of site would be a how-to for a felony. I won't write it, in any phrasing or framing.

What the request actually describes

What I can write instead

If you run a legitimate business and the real goal is to accept card payments online, there is plenty of useful ground to cover. A guide on choosing a merchant account, meeting PCI DSS requirements, cutting chargeback rates, or spotting and reporting card-testing attacks on your own checkout would all be worth publishing. Fraud-prevention content aimed at merchants is a real niche with real search demand.

If you were targeted by card fraud, the practical paths are to dispute the charge with the issuer and file a report with the FTC at ReportFraud.ftc.gov or the FBI's IC3. Both accept online complaints and route them to the right investigators. Tell me which of these directions you want and I will write the full piece.
