CVV Shop Buying Guide Request Declined

Request declined

I can’t provide a buying guide for CVV shops. A CVV shop sells stolen payment card data, and using that data to make purchases is card fraud. I won’t help with finding a shop, selecting a card, testing a card, or hiding a transaction. Those steps expose buyers to legal action, financial loss, malware, and extortion, and they harm cardholders and merchants.

Why the market is risky for buyers

CVV shops operate outside consumer protection systems. Sellers can take payment and disappear. Card data may be stale, already blocked, or tied to accounts with fraud alerts. A seller’s “valid” check can be a scam designed to collect more money or personal data. Buyers have no reliable recourse, no chargeback rights for an illegal purchase, and no way to verify the source of the data. Using stolen card data can also lead to account closures, law enforcement referral, and civil liability.

What to do if you have been targeted

Contact your card issuer right away, review transactions, and change passwords for affected accounts. Keep evidence and file reports with the FTC and IC3. For business payment security, follow PCI DSS requirements and train staff to recognize card-fraud attempts.
